Looney Wood
What Do You Do?

I specialize in creating funny and sarcastic signs that people can display in their homes, offices, or any place that needs a touch of humor.

Why Do It This Way?

This interactive approach ensures that whatever we create is not only amusing but also resonate with the diverse tastes and preferences of everyone involved.

What Makes LooneyWood Unique?

My creative approach has allowed me to incorporate two of my favorite mediums into one, wood and fabric. Utilizing my woodworking skills as the backbone, I create unique, layered designs with a Laser Cutter.

The fabric options are forever changing, but I do have consistant options such as 16 Glitter colors as well as Denim. More will be available in the future.

Always laugh when you can.
It is cheap medicine.

About CHAD

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the warmth and softness of wood, dedicating my entire life to the art of woodworking. My passion for this craft has always been interwoven with my commitment to my family, having been married for nearly 30 years and consistently prioritizing their needs over my own. This selflessness has come at a personal cost, leading to overwhelming medical challenges that now require multiple surgeries to restore me to full health.

Despite these physical setbacks, which have earned me the moniker "The Broken Woodworker," my spirit and resolve remain unbroken. My current struggle is one of my greatest yet: continuing to work while needing surgeries on my neck, mouth, and nasal cavity. Through it all, I persist in my craft, using woodworking as a means to support my medical expenses and provide for my family. My journey is a testament to the idea that while my body may be broken, my determination and passion are stronger than ever.

Through "Looney Wood," I hope to demonstrate that even in the face of adversity, creativity and humor can prevail. By continuing to do what I love and involving others in this joyful endeavor, I am not only able to support my medical journey but also bring a bit of light-heartedness into the world.
